So I decided to prepare a ranking of the TOP 5 mascaras I have tested and recommend!
How many mascaras have I managed to test?
Mascara is an extremely important product when it comes to complete makeup. As you know, eyelashes are the frame of the eye, so they should be effectively highlighted. Probably like most of you, I have tested thousands of mascaras, however, most of them were a huge disappointment to me.
This time I decided to test 5 products that get the most positive feedback among users. Pretty much, I decided to put them in order, starting with the one that worked best for me.

They say that in marketing all tricks are allowed. Certainly, the manufacturers of mascaras who praise their products know this. So I decided to check whether the promises were kept in reality. So I have selected the TOP 5 products that, in my opinion, should find their place in everyone’s makeup bag!
1. Nanolash mascara
Every ranking has its leader. As for me, it is Nanolash mascara, which has no competition. I’ll start by saying that the product can be purchased in two versions. There is the thickening Nanolash Volume Up Mascara and the lengthening and curling Nanolash Length & Curl Mascara. So the manufacturer has made sure that all of you can match the mascara to your needs.
After testing them, I can say that the Nanolash mascaras are long-wear, smudge, and clump-free even in pouring rain. I also noticed the perfectly shaped silicone brush, which:
- allows you to coat even the shortest lashes in the corner of the eye;
- precisely separates the lashes and prevents them from sticking together;
- makes the application easy.
In addition, this mascara contains 10 milliliters of product which should last for an extremely long time.
2. Lashcode Mascara
Next up is the Lashcode lengthening and thickening mascara. I immediately noticed the brush, similar to the one in Nanolash Mascara. It helped me coat my lashes precisely from root to tip.
Lashcode Mascara is a long-wear product. It did not smudge or flake during the day. It successfully handled a rainy day and did not cause the “panda eyes effect”. I was very pleased with the results I got with this mascara.
3. Laura Mercier Extra Lash Sculpting Mascara
The next place goes to Laura Mercier Extra Lash Sculpting Mascara. While this mascara comes in a generous size and an interestingly shaped brush, I noticed a few imperfections following the first application.
Unfortunately, however, clumps began to form on the lashes, which then smudged the skin under the eyes. In addition, after applying a second coat, the lashes clumped together heavily and did not look their best. However, I noticed that the lashes actually looked longer.
4. L’Oreal Panoramic Curl Mascara
L’Oreal Panoramic Curl Mascara is a product that you can easily find in every drugstore. Its price is not high, which I consider an advantage. My eyelashes looked visibly thicker, although I got this effect after applying two coats of the product.
There is, however, the problem of smudging and flaking. After a few hours, I noticed traces on my eyelid, which never happened with the Nanolash mascara, for example. The brush is also not very good, it is shaped in a rather weird way and makes the application difficult.
5. Clarins Be Long Mascara
Clarins Be Long Mascara managed to coat my lashes quite well and added volume and curl. At the same time, I can’t say that the effects were particularly spectacular.
On the plus side, the brush is curved to one side to grab shorter lashes. However, after a few hours, I noticed that my eyelids were covered with dark marks. Moreover, this mascara won’t do well during higher temperatures, as it smudges quickly.
Summary
Ladies, choosing a mascara has never been easy and I understand this perfectly. However, after testing these products, I can confidently say that nothing has worked as well for me as the Nanolash mascara.
This product delighted me with its consistency, easy application, as well as its durability. This mascara will definitely stay in my makeup bag for much longer. I’m also not complaining about the other products I’ve rounded up in this ranking. However, with most of them, there was always a “but”.
